Step 1 Asking for Directions

Going Straight: 直走
Go/walk straight along the street; walk 2 blocks down the street; keep walking; follow this road; walk 3 lights north;

※ Go down 直走
※ Follow your nose直走
Turning: 拐弯
go left/right; turn left; take a left; make a left; hang a left; take the second turn on the right在第二个路口右转; You’re going in the opposite direction走反了; you’re going the wrong way;
Other directions:
cross the street穿过街道; cut across 抄近路通过 (shortcut捷径); be just across (from); be opposite对面; walk through穿过去; go back; turn around; go around; next to/beside; behind; in front of; kitty-corner(对角线);
Offering help:
walk you over there带你走过去; go that way; go along with陪…一起去; on my way;
